After our 5 hours of driving the perfect thing to do was hike around the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. This past week the Springs had 16 inches of snow dumped on the city. The night before we arrived, another 2-3 inches fell. The snow, blue skies and warm sunshine made for a perfect day.
