3 Gifts from God's Word
1. But God . . . Any verse that begins with these two words is a gift. One of my daily reminders of the Gospel are these two words. BUT GOD.

But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while
we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
2. Philippians 2:4-11
I usually can't read these words out loud without crying. Jesus is more wonderful and beautiful and powerful and faithful and strong and holy and kind and good and compassionate and all together more lovely than my heart fully knows but longs to.
Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. 5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,[a] 6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant,[b] being born in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
3. Zephaniah 3: 16, 17
I read a book years ago (I read it a few times) that was a study or sermon based on this verse. The reality that the God who created all things, holds all things together and gives me breath and life each day singing over me is crazy, awesome! And not just singing, LOUD SINGING! (Singing God by Sam Storms)
The Lord your God is in your midst,
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.
